YES ON 8....register to vote!

IT IS SO IMPORTANT THAT EVERYONE IS NOT ONLY REGISTERED TO VOTE,BUT THAT YOU ACTUALLY VOTE.TOO MANY PEOPLE CAN TALK THE TALK,BUT CAN'T BACK IT UP.LESLIE,JOANN,AND I WERE DISCUSSING PROP 8 TONIGHT,AND IT GOT ME FIRED UP.I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW IGNORANT SOME PEOPLE CAN BE TO THE FACT THAT THIS PROPOSITION IS SO IMPORTANT TO NOT ONLY WHO WE ARE AS PEOPLE,BUT AS CHILDREN OF GOD,AND AS MOTHER'S AND FATHERS OF FUTURE GENERATIONS.I HOPE THAT PEOPLE WILL REALIZE THAT. I HAVE A RIGHT TO HAVE MY CHILDREN TAUGHT WHAT I WANT THEM TO LEARN.I HAVE A RIGHT TO STAND MY GROUND.I HAVE A RIGHT TO CHOOSE MY RELIGION AND TO PRACTICE IT FREELY.I HAVE A RIGHT TO VOTE YES ON PROP 8. THIS PROPOSITION ISN'T DISCRIMINATING AGAINST EQUAL RIGHTS-IT'S FOR DOING WHAT'S RIGHT.FYI:FOR ALL OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO SAY THE CHURCH SHOULD HAVE NO INVOLVMENT?GET A CLUE!WHEN IT BECOMES A MORALE ISSUE,AND MESSES WITH MY FREEDOM OF RELIGION AND WHAT I BELIEVE?YOU BETTER BELIEVE THAT IF I'M GOING DOWN, I'M GOING DOWN SWINGING.AM I ANGRY?YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT.SO IF THIS OFFENDS SOME OF YOU, I'M SORRY BUT I WILL NOT PRETEND THAT THIS ISN'T IMPORTANT TO ME BECAUSE IT IS.PLEASE PLEASE REGISTER TO VOTE,AND VOTE YES ON PROP 8.

MY TEST! i was so stressed about it,but i passed.i felt like i could finally breathe.anyway,so what does this mean?well,it means that when you all come and visit me at my lovely school i will be able to work on you...hooray!anyway,wanted to share the good news!i'm off to bed!see you all on saturday at the luau......my other stress:)

my so called life

well,i'm updating my blog once again.school is fantastic.next week i'll be taking a pretty huge test-it's called a "mock board."it's basically a test we have to take in order to get licensed,but they call it "mock"because it's to help prep us for the real deal.anyway,we have to pass our "mock"in order to start working with clients.i feel ok not 100% about it,but i'm just going to keep practicing,and praying.baby steps.anyway,i've learned to tweeze eyebrows,wax eyebrows,upper lips,legs,arms,hairlines,pretty much anything that can be waxed i can do.we are learning how to do a european facial,which lasts anywhere from 30 mins to an hour,and also a bakc facial-which is basically a back massage.i'm super excited.i get to learn more and more everyday,and i'm loving it.i really feel like i'm doing what i'm suppose to be,and it's awesome.so, give me another week or 2 and you all will be able to come in and get work done.by the way,every third saturday of the month is "family & friends" day.that means everyone in the school can bring their family & friends in and they get services for half off.it's better to make appts ahead of time,but i will definately let you all know when,where,and the digits.thanks to everyone for being so supportive and encouraging.i really do appreciate and luv you all! i'll blog again next week!
